One of my readers informs me that the person who is stalking and harassing me is now sending "vituperative" and nasty emails to him, in her insane campaign to slur, harass, and destroy me. Her internet activity and keystrokes are already being tracked with forensic tracking software by law enforcement agencies. Please report all such emails to Hubpages administration and/or forward the copies of her harassing emails to me so I can forward them to the FBI and to my local law authorities..

How to Deal with Stalkers
A Note to My Readers:
Over the past few days I have been the
target of a vicious, mentally deranged, and abusive person who has
plastered my Hub articles with filthy, harassing, defamatory, and threatening
comments.
This person has also sent me emails threatening me with physical
violence and has a long history of violence, abuse, alcoholism, and
stalking and harassment.
I have wanted nothing to do with this person for the last 15 years because she is a violent, abusive alcoholic who has assaulted me and other members of my family here in Kentucky on multiple occasions. She has been warned to stay away from me, and that I do not want any contact with her whatsoever. However, she continues her stalking and harassment, regardless.
I want nothing whatsoever to do with her, I do not want her to contact me, nor to access my web pages, nor my web sites, nor to communicate with me by any means, whether electronic, digital, nor by phone or mail. She is a very negative and destructive individual and I do not want her influence in my life.
She has been warned in the past about TOS violations by AOL because of
harassment and abuse in AOL chat rooms. She was in civil court as the defendant in a Harassment Restraining Order suit as recently as last June. She has been the instigator of many such situations involving harassment, abuse, and threats.
Her object is, and always has been, to destroy my life, discredit,
harass, and defame me. And though she has been warned of the
consequences of this harassment, stalking, and abuse, she continues to
stalk and harass me.
I have reported this person to HubPages
administration and also to other pertinent service providers and to
local law enforcement authorities, as well as to the FBI Internet Crime Division.
I hope for a speedy solution to this abuse very
soon. I am currently working closely with local law enforcement, the
FBI, and other service providers, to prosecute this person.
Cyber bullying, cyber threats, stalking and
harassment, are all crimes. Cyber bullying is punishable by up to 2
years in prison. Terroristic Threatening is a felony punishable by up
to 5 years in prison in the state of Kentucky. Stalking and harassment
are also crimes punishable by jail time.
It takes a very sick person to stalk and harass a person who has wanted nothing to do with them for the last 15 years.
In the past, this person has called my employers to tell them lies about me, in an attempt to get me fired. She has called my friends to tell them lies about me in an attempt to alienate my friends from me. She has been doing this to me for years.
She has lied about me to everyone I know, including members of my family. She is constantly investigating where I work, who my friends are, who I know, where I live, in order to continue to stalk and harass me. She tracks me down relentlessly, without ceasing, to renew her attacks on me, and to threaten and harass me, and has physically assaulted me several times, beating on me, and pulling big hunks of hair from my scalp, once sending me to the emergency room. I am not the only person she has done this to.
She has been doing all of this to me for the past 15 years, even though I do not speak to her and have nothing to do with her.
I am not the only person she has done this to. She has done this to past boyfriends, co-workers, to her friends, and to other members of her family. She enjoys harassing and destroying other people and will stop at nothing to achieve her sick goals.
I used to be scared of her. Now I just think she is pathetic.
Cyberbullying is when people use the Internet to harass, intimidate, embarrass, or demean others.
Legal:
You may be able to sue a cyberbully for damages if you can prove defamation, invasion of privacy, or intentional infliction of emotional distress. Damages can include money spent on counseling, damage to the victim's reputation, or financial losses incurred by the loss of professional reputation or career as a result of the bullying or defamation.
If cyberbullying becomes severe and involves threats of violence, you should contact the police immediately. Some states have cyber harassment laws to prosecute offenders. You can also report the abuse to the Internet Crime Division of the FBI, to wiredsafety.org, to the individual's service providers, and to the administrators of forums or web sites where the abuse is occurring. The use of internet services and web sites always involves "Terms of Service" (TOS) and when these are violated, you can report the offender and have them banned and their IP address blocked from the site.

I to have experienced this and wrote a hub about cyberstalking it certainly doesn't feel good and I am still dealing with the Sicko. I am no longer afraid of him but will eventually get past it. He has did all of the above including severe threats, he has tried to destroy my character and each day that I awake I am stressed. But I stand strong because I have God on my side. Keep your head up and you will get through it too.:)
To Unchained Grace: I am on the phone with one of my sisters right now and I asked her that question. She said that the answer is that she does not need a reason, she has just always been this way.
She has always been jealous of me, for some reason, and has always been a bully and violent. What really set her off was in 1995 when I told her that I did not want her in my house anymore when I was not there, because she was going in all my drawers and taking things, and after another incident where she was exposing herself in a bar, I told her that I did not want anything to do with her anymore. Ever since I told her that I wanted nothing further to do with her, is when the harassment and stalking started.
How bloody awful for you MagicStar, There are some sad, sick dipsticks in this world. Fortunately they're enormously outnumbered by the sane and rational. You're doing the right things to contain her, just hang in there.

To AEvans: I am sorry that you have had to experience this kind of harassment. It is very stressful and draining to have to deal with the evil vibrations that these people pour out onto your life. Besides being impossible to comprehend the workings of a mind that constantly only plots to destroy others.

The reason you stated is exactly why it is so scary and draining to be forced to deal with someone like this, because you know that you are looking straight at Satan and being attacked by all the forces of evil. It is not a comfortable feeling. But as we well know, Jesus has already won this battle. And these people will never succeed in destroying His children. God protects me, always has and always will. Their attacks fall back onto themselves and they eventually fall into the holes they dug for their victims.

I have had to deal with many idiots in my life.
This one sounds like a real big one. Lately I had someone on my street putting nasty notes on the windsheild of my truck. When I finally put together who it was, I caught them outside in their yard, and confronted them about what they had been doing! I think this guy must of soiled his pants! His voice started squeeking as he cowardly denied it all. There hasnt been anymore notes.
Handle all things legally and you can come out away from this harrassment.

Tag Team it is, then! :) You are right, you always have to watch your back around these kind of people, seems like they spend all their waking hours plotting how to do other people in. Guess they have nothing better to do with their time but to worry about what other people are doing. What a sad, pathetic way to be. They need to get a life of their own instead of trying to build their sick little worlds around stalking and antagonizing others.
Hi lightning john, thanks for reading, as usual. You are so right, most of these bullies are cowards. They can dish it out, but they can't take it when it's handed back to them. It's ok when they are the ones abusing others, but if someone does it to them, they are nothing but cry babies. Then again, this is precisely what some of them may be looking for - they are masochists constantly looking for the "high" of being abused, themselves.

I see you watched that last video! lol I really like his outlook on bullying - he made this video for kids who are being bullied. He really did a nice job on it. It should be spread around all over the place! I think when he said "wear a cup" he was alluding to the fact that bullies fight dirty, and are always plotting to attack you from behind when you are not looking - better to keep yourself protected just in case!

This is really awful. So sorry you have to experience it. But glad that you've found a few avenues where you can fight back.

To alekhouse: Thanks for reading - yes, there are a few things that can be done to stop something like this - the reason I wrote the hub is to inform other people as to what remedies are available for stopping a bully. I'm sure this stalker is not the only one out there and that others have been attacked by shitheads like this, too.

She has already ruined my life and everything I have worked for over and over again many times in my life, but I am done being her victim, and it is NOT going to happen again.
This time I am fighting back. I am done being her punching bag and I am ready - I won't stand still and let this violent bully pound on me ever again. To TOF: Thanks for the headzup and I have read the email you sent me. Duly reported and forwarded to proper authorities. Thank you. Just putting a noose around her own neck and getting ready to jump. Guess she is not understanding that forensic tracking software that logs keystrokes, urls visited, and emails sent has been attached to her computer and everything she is doing on her computer is being monitored and recorded. Have to learn the hard way, I guess.
I am expecting more hubbers to inform me of her attempts to discredit and defame me, I know from past experience she will stop at absolutely nothing to destroy someone. There is nothing too dirty, nor too low that she will not stoop to.
She tried to put another comment on here saying that she now has a HubPages account and will dedicate herself to exposing information about me that will trash my online reputation and drag my name through the mud. Hubpages admin has said that if she attempts to obtain an account here, she will be promptly deleted and ip banned.
Not to mention that threatening to defame a person's reputation, intimidation, and bullying are all internet crimes punishable by jail time. Screenshots of threats forwarded to proper authorities.

I had someone do this to me for many years also--yes it is satan working through another. The laws of the land are twisted and corrupt-they helped me not-yes I can relate to your hub.
God is powerful-by praying for that person and slapping down satan-not hating the person but only hating these hateful acts-this will control the situation that always rests in God's hands, as it did with my situation years ago.
God protected my children and me--and that I give thanks! You have God--these are satan attacks--you must be doing really good things and God's work to be under this type of attack! GREAT HUB--I loved it. Please read my Hug on Stalking; I, too, have been threatened and harassed online and can relate to everything you have written. I recently received a veiled "death threat" from a New Age Psychic on Facebook--she also sent me a photo "giving me the finger."Since she lives in Asia, I doubt if its a true threat..but it destroys a person's peace. I received a comment on my Bookstore from someone practically accusing me of selling donated and free book given to the poor (i.e., stealing my ebay inventory). THREE cheers for your HUB! What a terrible situation for you! It must be horrible dealing with this person! And how awful for her to be filled with such violence and rage. Isn't there anyone who can direct her to seek help in getting her terrible emotions under control? Court ordered anger management or something? I mean good grief! Maybe you should carry pepper spray with you at all times so you can at least defend yourself against the physical attacts. I feel sorry for both of you. You for being the victim of such an unbalanced personality. Her for being so far over the edge as to live with such demented actions! I hope you are able to find a solution to this situation. Sorry to hear this, MagicStar - I can imagine that it is emotionally draining to be subjected to such abuse. It is tough to keep track on the internet - IP addresses are unreliable. Apart from proxy servers, many internet users have a dynamic IP address.
Hang in there and it will all play out - just a matter of waiting for your stalker to slip up.

I have done a hub on online stalking when I came across this hub. What you had gone through is unimaginable and no one deserves such treatments. I hope you will be safe always.
After time it will go away. Forget a subpoena as you must file a lawsuit and this will cost you many years and many hundreds of thousands. You dont have as much that you can do as you think but the comments will go away over time.

Wow, since you have written this 7 months ago, I hope for your sake that it has been straightened out. I too have been stalked in real life (yes written in a Hub too) it's about ending friendships.. Real life hell for sure! I was on my toes for months. It is very frustrating and upsets your peace of mind, even knowing they are wrong and support of friends and loved ones still leaves you feeling hollow.

I'm looking for places to report "Intellectual Property Theft" as well as Plagiarism.. Yep, dealing with it on HubPages.. The person is gone, but.. if he is angry then he may try retribution elsewhere.
